The Unique Process
Demolition & Preparation
If Unique Stone Innovations (USI) is handling the demolition, we begin by safeguarding the work area. We cover all surfaces where dust might settle and move or protect decor and appliances that could be damaged or dirtied during the process. After careful demolition, we handle the disposal of any debris. Preparation for the new project may include placing plywood, framing, or waterproofing as needed.
Templating
Once the space is prepped, we begin the templating process. Exact measurements are taken, and we ensure every detail aligns with the client's specifications. Clients should have all necessary items—such as new sinks, faucets, outlets, and drains—ready before templating. If not, USI can handle these installations for an additional cost
